General Guidelines

The open reading period has ended. We'll be taking submissions again beginning April 1st of 2011.

Between April and August, submit chapbook and full-length poetry manuscripts. Full guidelines can be reviewed at CooperDillon.com or by clicking the Home tab above. Submissions are taken through Submishmash, cutting down on waste & saving you the cost of paper, ink, binder clips, envelopes, postage, and fuel for a trip to the post office.

* Please have any contact information in the appropriate fields with a cover letter or bio.
* An order number from a either a book purchase or a $10 reading fee should also be in the cover letter.
* If you're manuscript is taken elsewhere, simply withdraw it through the system.


Any questions about the reading period or submission process can be emailed to us at submit@cooperdillon.com. Manuscripts of fiction, nonfiction, essay, biography, etc. are not considered, and will not receive replies.
